Retainer Packages

Gold - 60 hrs per month @ 15% discount

Silver - 40 hrs per month @ 10% discount

Bronze - 15 hrs per month @ 5% discount

Receive a 10% credit toward your next invoice for any client referral concluding in a retainer agreement.

Disbursements

All disbursements will be billed to the client. These expenses include, but are not limited to, long distance phone calls, photocopy charges, postage, couriers, special project supplies, travel expenses, and any third-party services necessary to complete a project.

Billing Schedule:

• Prices are in Canadian dollars.
• Rates do not include GST.
• Time is billed in 15-minute increments with a minimum charge of one hour on hourly services.
• Invoices are sent on the 15th of every month, with payment due on the last day of that same month.

Large projects or retaining the services of an outside provider, i.e., printer, will require a deposit of 35% prior to the commencement of the project.
